APub.com provides tools and resources (including any websites, features, products, services, applications or software provided, the “Services”) for authors, illustrators, translators and other Amazon Publishing business partners, as well as their authorized agents and delegates. The Services are “Amazon Services” for purposes the Amazon.com Conditions of Use.

2. Account Information. You authorize us to provide access to any information or materials you receive through the Services to your authorized agents or representatives, and any delegates you designate.

3. Confidentiality. You may receive information or materials through the Services that is confidential. You are responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of that information.

4. Miscellaneous. We may terminate your account, discontinue or suspend the Services, or make changes to the Services or this Agreement at any time. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Amazon related to the Services. If there are any conflicts between these Terms of Use and the Amazon.com Conditions of Use, these Terms of Use will control. Neither this Agreement nor your use of the Services will create or imply any relationship of agency, franchise, partnership or joint venture between you and us or any of our affiliates.
